Newborn Pink Chenille Blanket

I recently finished up my second chenille blanket. Can I just say that I LOVE LOVE LOVE the way it turned out!?!?! It is WAY cute.
Due to my human error while cutting the fabric, this one turned out slightly smaller than the first chenille blanket that I ever made. It's finished size is about 29.5'x40.5'. Despite that, it is the perfect "snuggle" size or "newborn" size blanket.

This is a close up.And the finished project.

Finished Recent Blankets

I haven't even realized how FAR behind I have been lagging on the blogging! Oops! Oh well, what do you do.

So over the month of January, I received some blanket orders. Almost all of them were rag blankets. I completed 2 peace sign rag throw blankets (didn't get pictures), 1 twin size John Deere Girl rag blanket, 1 twin size reversible shark/baseball rag blanket, 1 "Monkey Business" baby rag blanket, and 1 John Deere girl baby rag blanket. It has been a lot of fun.

I was also able to complete my very first ever Chenille baby blanket. This one was ALOT of work but it was really fun to watch it come together. I really like the style, colors, and the finished "quilted" look.

I am currently getting ready to sew 2 twin size blankets (one girl, one boy) for my friend Niki's kiddos. I also have an order in process for a twin size reversible Batman/Spiderman blanket for a friend in Oklahoma.

So that is the update on the Ryan's Ragz "business." I have LOVED every minute of making these blankets for others and I appreciate all the support and kind words from everyone.
